UPDATE: Rep. Andy Smith confirms ICE detained two people from Rochester restaurant

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – In a Facebook post Monday, Rep. Andy Smith confirmed that federal law enforcement detained two individuals from Five West.

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – KTTC learning of additional ICE activity reportedly taking place in Rochester on Monday.

Based on viewer feedback, we’re told federal law enforcement were at two restaurants on Commerce Drive NW. That’s off West Circle Drive.

Five West and Smoak BBQ both posted on their Facebook pages that they are closed Feb. 16.

KTTC has reached out to ICE for additional details, along with the restaurant ownership.
