1.5 oz Perennial Spirits Kernza Vodka® with 40 Century Grain Brownies

2 oz freshly brewed espresso, cooled

1.5 oz Kavanagh Salted Carmel Irish Cream

.5 oz simple syrup

5 Drops Saline Solution

Combine all ingredients in shaker filled with ice. Sje vigorously for 15 seconds and double strain into a chilled martini glass

Garnish with mini 40 Century Grain Brownie on rim or cocktail pick

1 oz melon liqueur

.5 oz orange curacao

.5 oz fresh lemon juice

.5 oz simple syrup

Pinch of beverage-safe luster dust

Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds and strain into martini glass

Garnish with two gummy eyeballs, give cocktail a gentle swirl to showcase the shimmering, edible luster
