Winona man charged with sexually assaulting toddler

WINONA, Minn. (KTTC) – A Winona man is in custody after being charged with sexually assaulting a minor, according to court records.

Court records say Tyler Uhren, 22, knew the alleged victim.

Uhren was arrested Monday and charged with four counts of criminal sexual conduct.

The criminal complaint says the victim described the assault to a forensic examiner, and another child corroborated the younger child’s description of events.

Uhren made his first court appearance Monday morning.

If convicted, Uhren faces up to 30 years in prison.
