DECORAH, Iowa (KTTC) – Winneshiek County authorities are investigating a string of burglaries and asking for the public’s help. One person has been arrested so far in connection with several rural burglaries in northern Winneshiek County.

Nathan Gossman, 41, of Canton, is in custody for allegedly stealing a truck from a farm.

In August 2025, Gossman was arrested in Rochester after leading authorities on a pursuit from Vernon County, Wisconsin.

Authorities say they believe Gossman was not acting alone and are pursuing additional suspects.
