Olmsted County Police K9 receives $15,000 donation for medical expenses

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – The Olmsted-Rochester K9 Foundation has presented the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office with a $15,000 check to cover medical expenses for one of its dogs.

Deputy Kaine Kaase received the payment from the Foundation for his K9, Athena.

The Foundation says the payment is possible thanks to public donations and fundraising events.
