Allen Wiese joined the KTTC sales department as Director of Sales in August of 2012. He has more than 30 years of broadcasting experience. Allen started in radio doing sports and play by play, then moved to TV doing News and Sports.
In 1981, Allen tried his hand in sales at a Midwest NBC affiliate and liked it! In 1989, he was promoted to local sales manager and then became General Sales Manager in 1995 until his move to Minnesota!
Allen and his Wife Jayne have been married for 32 years and have two children, Rachel and Darrell. In his spare time, you can find Allen in his garden or attending Iowa football and basketball games and following the Hawkeyes to bowl games.
