Monday evening traffic back-up on southbound 52 in Rochester

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Emergency responders are on the scene of a crash on southbound Highway 52 between 19th Street and Civic Center Drive.
There are considerable traffic back-ups as of shortly before 5:30 p.m.
Commuters may wish to plan an alternate route.
KTTC is monitoring the situation and will update this story.
