Thousands without power in Iowa and Minnesota

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) – Thousands are without power in the Midwest after the unusual storms hit Wednesday into Thursday.

According to the Iowa Association of Electric Cooperatives 7,422 member-consumers are without power as of 10:30 a.m. Thursday.

The People’s Energy Cooperative report around 2,400 without power in and around the Stewartville area as of 10:30 a.m. Thursday.
