The KTTC/Eagles Cancer Telethon will be simulcast on multiple television channels for the very first time on January 16 and 17 this year and we're proud to say that it's the country's longest running local telethon.
For 62-years the telethon has been a joint effort between KTTC and the Rochester Eagles Club.
You can watch the telethon live on the CW Rochester beginning Saturday at 8 p.m., and on KTTC following Saturday Night Live. Make sure you stop on down to the Mayo Civic Center too. You'll be able to see the entertainers perform in person, get your hair cut, have refreshments, enjoy a pork sandwich, make a donation - all the money stays right here in our community going to the Mayo Clinic, the University of Minnesota and the Hormel Institute to fund cancer research.
And of course, your hosts for the twenty hours of live coverage will be your favorite KTTC news personalities. Donations to the Eagles Cancer Telethon can be made by clicking here.
