ROCHESTER, MN (FOX 47) -- Investigators have charged two men with murder in connection with the death of Muhidin Yahye Mumin.

25 -year-old Adam Brandrup and 25-year-old Joshua Lee were picked up Wednesday afternoon.

According to court documents, the two face unintentional 2nd Degree murder charges..

Both were arrested Wednesday and both live in Rochester, but Lee was found at a relative's house in Kasson.

Around 2 a.m. Wednesday, a cab driver found Mumin's body man in an an alley behind Club Amsterdam on the 300 block of South Broadway.

Police say there was clear evidence of assault, but no indication that a weapon was involved.

Family and friends of both the victim and accused filled the courtroom to listen to bail motions.

Defense attorneys argued that neither defendant had a long criminal history and asked for lighter bail. In the end, the judge ruled that the nature of the crime was very brutal and both presented a high risk to public safety... and were a high flight risk.

Judge Nancy Bostrack set bail at $400,000 dollars, but less if certain conditions are met.
