DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) - A third person has been charged in the slaying of a man at his Davenport home.
Court records say 21-year-old Dmarithe Culbreath is charged with conspiracy, robbery and first-degree murder. He's already serving prison time on an unrelated charge. It's unclear whether he has an attorney for the new case.
He's accused in the shooting death of 20-year-old Brady Tumlinson during a robbery in September. A woman there also was injured.
Police say Culbreath and four others were involved. One of them, Nakita Wiseman Jr., has pleaded guilty to burglary and robbery and has agreed to testify against the others. Another of them, Tristin Antonio Joseph Alderman, is awaiting trial.
The two others have not been named.
