Moink Balls
1 Pound Ground Beef
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup yellow onions (Small Diced)
3 tbs garlic
3 eggs
3 tbs Ribbriffic Season
1 cup of BBQ sauce 12 pieces of bacon halved

Mix Beef, crumbs, onions, garlic, seasoning and eggs together and roll into balls about ¾inch
Wrap each meatball in a ½ piece bacon. Pre-heat grill to 300 degrees and cook until bacon is crisp
Dip each meatball in sauce and return to grill until sauce has caramelized

Cabbage and Bratwurst
4 cups chicken stock
1 head cabbage 6 bratwurst (brown and cut into coins)
3 tbsp. caraway seeds
1 tbsp black pepper
1 yellow onion sliced
4 cloves fresh garlic
2 tbsp. kosher salt
8oz baby carrots
2 loaves of Crusty French bread

Place all ingredients in Dutch oven and place on pre heated grill 350 degrees for about 3 hours
Serve on Sliced Crusty French Bread
