Breakfast Pizza and Cinnamon Swirl Bread Pudding

Gluten Free Pizza Dough
3/4 cup warm water 100 degrees or so
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 tsp. sugar
1 package active dry yeast
1-1/2 Gluten-Free Flour Mix (may need add little more)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 large egg yolk
In medium bowl sprinkle yeast over water and let sit for about 2 minutes,
Mix sugar, baking powder, and stir into flour.
Add flour mixture in to water mixture
Add egg and oil and mix in until all ingredients are combine
Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in warm spot for about an hour
Toppings Sliced Pears, Gouda, garlic butter, pizza sauce, shredded cheese, Breakfast sausage, Bacon, shredded pork

Cinnamon Swirl Bread Pudding
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 loaf of Cinnamon swirl bread
½ cup sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together and place in 9 in Dutch oven and cook on grill for an hour at about 350 degrees
Sauce for Bread Pudding
2 cups powdered sugar
½ cup milk
1 tbsp. cinnamon
Mix together and pour sauce over bread pudding and serve
