Lemon-Pepper Pork Chops

Preheat grill to 400 degree
4-8 oz Chops about an inch thick (Butterfly if needed)

1 cup soy sauce
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 TS Black Pepper
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
Mix ingredients together and place in 1 gallon Ziploc bag with pork chops


Marinade chops overnight. Grill 3-4 minutes on each side

White Cheddar Cheesy mac

4 cups cooked macaroni pasta
2 cups cheese Sauce (see recipe)
¼ cup bacon
½ tsp cayenne or ground chipotle peppers
1 tsp salt and pepper mix

White Cheese Sauce

1 # White Velveeta cheese (cut into 1 inch cubes)
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to toast
Bring milk to simmer and remove from heat add Velveeta and let sit for about 10 minutes.

Stir until mixed well and creamy season with salt and pepper add bacon.

Mix sauce with pasta and place on grill for 15-20 minutes.
