Smoked Pork Shanks with BBQ Sauce

1 dozen Pork Hocks
1 gallon Apple Cider
1 recipe rib rub

Soak Shanks in apple Cider for 8 hours or over night
Roll in Rib Rub and Place on Smoker or Grill at 250-275 Degrees for about 3 hours
Transfer to Crock Pot Cover with BBQ Sauce on low heat

Baby Back Rib Rub
2 tablespoon paprika
2 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 tablespoon granulated onion
2 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoon brown sugar
4 tablespoons kosher salt
2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoon white pepper

Chipotle Mango BBQ Sauce

1-14 jar Sliced Mangoes –drained

1 Can Chipotle Peppers in Sauce

4 Cups your Favorite BBQ Sauce

In blender or food processor puree mangoes and half 6oz can chipotle peppers until smooth

Add BBQ Sauce and Mix
