Buffalo Meatball Subs

Baked Meatballs with Tomato-Basil Sauce, & Fresh Mozzarella

1# Fresh Italian Sausage
2# fresh Buffalo
2 Cups Bread Crumbs
4 eggs
1tbs Granulated Garlic
1tbs Kosher Salt
1tbs Oregano
1 tbs Dried Basil
8oz fresh Mozzarella
3 cups tomato-basil sauce
½ cup Garlic-Butter

12 hoagie buns


Combine Sausage through Basil and mix well. Make each ball approximately one ounce, roll and bake on sheet pan at 350 for about 20 until fully cooked. Scoop into Tomato-basil sauce and keep warm

Brush Bun with Garlic Butter and Bake until Toasted

Scoop Meatballs on bun and Serve with Plenty of Napkins

Garlic Butter Recipe

½ # butter whipped
2 tbs chopped Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1tsp Black pepper

Tomato-Basil Sauce

2-14oz cans tomato Sauce
8oz fresh basil Chiffonade
2 tbs Granulated Garlic
1 tbs kosher Salt


Heat Tomato sauce to Simmer add all ingredients and reduce heat to low
