Shrimp in Paper with Gorgonzola Sauce

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees

3-dozen (26-30) raw Shrimp Shell & Tail-Off
1 cup buffalo sauce
1 roll parchment Paper

Tossed shrimp in Sauce
Pull 2-18” pieces of parchment from roll and lay on top of each other
Remove Shrimp from Sauce and Lay in middle of paper and pull corners up and twist at the top

Gorgonzola Sauce

1 cup Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbled
3 cups sour cream
1 cup mayo
2 tbs Black Pepper
1 tbs Lime Juice
