Chefs Boneless Pork Chops w/Marsala Sauce

Grilled Tender Cut Chops with Portobello Sauce Served with Stuffed Roma Tomatoes Tomato Stuffing

Grocery List

6- 6oz boneless pork chops from ye olde butcher shoppe

6 – Roma Tomatoes

Any Ingredients from the recipes below that you do not have


Heat Grill to 400 degrees


Season Pork Chops with chef salt or other seasoning

Set aside to rest

Grill on each side about 7 minutes depending on thickness


Cut top ¼ of tomato from side and scoop out all the inside and discard

Divide the stuff equally into the tomatoes

Place on Grill for about 10 minutes indirect heat

Tomato Stuffing

2 cup fresh ground French bread

½ cup bacon

1 tbsp. garlic, minced

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

1/4 cup olive oil

Marsala Sauce

1 large Portobello Mushroom, sliced in half and than cut into strips

1 tbsp. garlic, minced

3 tbs butter

1 cup Marsala wine

1 tbsp. chicken base

2 cups cream

1 tbsp. salt and pepper

Saute Mushrooms on low heat until mushrooms are tender add Garlic, and Marsala Wine Cook for 1 minute add chicken base, cream, reduce by half. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
