Grocery List

4 Acorn Squash

12- oz Fresh Spinach

1# Shredded Mozzarella

1# Ye Olde Butcher Shoppe Wild Rice Brats

1 Yellow Onion

1 Green Pepper


Pre-heat grill to 350 Degrees

Grill Brats until fully cook turning occasionally this can be done while the Squash are on the grill. Place In fridge to cool and then slice into coins

Cut Squash in half and remove scrape out all seeds

Spray with Olive oil and Sprinkle with Salt and Roast on Grill with an indirect heat for about 1 hour until the squash is just tender



1 cup Diced Green Pepper

1 cup Diced Yellow Onion

1tbs Olive Oil

1 pound WildRice Brats cut into Slices

12oz Fresh Spinach

1 TBS chopped Garlic

1 TBS Kosher

1TSP Black Pepper


Sauté the peppers and Onions in Olive oil until tender add Spinach and WildRice Bratwurst to the mix and cook until the spinach is wilted. Divide the filling into the acorn squash equally while they are still on the grill and topped with cheese and cook for about 15 minutes .
