Posted:
ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) --  Rochester police said two people were arrested after they were caught red handed with stolen copper.

Police said Eric Louis Hoerner and David Lee Brooks, both of Rochester, were arrested when police found them with a five gallon bucket filled with stolen copper and cutting tools. Police said the pair had been removing the copper from an apartment building on the 400 block of 8 1/2 Avenue Northwest.

The building is scheduled to be demolished and was also the site of a copper theft arrest earlier this month.
