WEB POLL: Should cursive handwriting still be taught in school?

BYRON, Minn. (KTTC) -- As curriculum focuses on typing, the use of cursive writing has declined in elementary schools.

At Byron Elementary School, for instance, the school board has decided on a consistent curriculum. All third grade teachers must teach cursive, but they will spend less time on it than in years past.
