Clifford the Big Red Dog coming to Minnesota Children's Museum Rochester

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A lovable kids' favorite is coming to the Minnesota Children's Museum Rochester.

Work is underway to pack up the current "Ball-O-Rama" and "Go Figure!" exhibits to bring in "Adventures with Clifford the Big Red Dog." The museum is closed Monday through September 3 as volunteers clear space to unpack the new exhibit.

The Clifford exhibit will encourage kids by sharing simple but important life lessons including share, work together, be kind, and believe in yourself.

"We are taking down 'Ball-O-Rama' with some of our lovely volunteers in the background. These are some of our board members and their families. They come and they take it down to the walls, every four months. And then we rebuild a new exhibit. So then we actually have Clifford coming on September 4th," said Dawn Devine, director of Minnesota Children's Museum Rochester.

Special "Breakfast with Clifford" events will be held on on September 7 and October 26.
