SLIDESHOW: Person of interest in Winona flag burnings

WINONA, Minn. (KTTC) -- The Winona Police Department has released photos showing a person of interest in the case of American flags that have been burned in the Winona area.

Chief Paul Bostrack said 17 American flags have been torched in less than three weeks. He said police are concerned about public safety as well as respecting the flag.

Flags have been burnt while attached to houses with people inside.
