Rochester police looking for tips about shooting

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Rochester police are asking for your help in an investigation that continues after a shooting in March of last year.

Police said they do have a person of significant interest, but new forensic evidence obtained from the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has investigators searching for more information.

According to police, authorities responded to 540 Northern Hills Drive in late March 2013. That's where they found the 21-year-old victim with two gunshot wounds to his lower body. Police said there was a fight earlier in the night at Whiskey Bones Roadhouse.

No arrests have been made.

If you have any information about the case, police ask that you call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
