Posted: Updated:

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- The reconstruction of East River Road Northeast from 37th Street will start Monday morning.

Construction work will include storm sewer and drainage improvements, roadway widening, and a new traffic signal at the intersection of 37th Street and East River Road.

One lane of traffic in each direction will remain open on that road, but right turn lanes will be closed for construction of signal and new right turn lanes.

Some traffic delays are expected.
