According to documents in the agenda for next Wednesday's Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, a company called Alta-East LLC is requesting a zoning change for the Chardonnay property from Planned Unit Development to Central Development Core-Residential.
The Land Development Application lists Philip Wadkins as the primary contact for Alta-East LLC.
Curtis Shuster is listed as an additional fee property owner.
Wadkin's current practice is in the Associated Bank Building in Downtown Rochester. Back in March we interviewed Wadkins about concerns over his current lease after that building was purchased.
Four days after that story aired, Curtis Shuster told us he had applied for a demolition permit on the Chardonnay House and was working with an unnamed businessman who wanted to put a practice for a business and residential units on the site.
We have reached out to Wadkins but he has not immediately returned our calls.
