Man hurt in crash near Byron

BYRON, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Stewartville man is in fair condition after a rollover crash Wednesday.

The Olmsted County Sheriff's Office said Steven Michael Current, 48, had to be extricated from his vehicle after he lost control at County Road 104 and 18th Street near Byron about 9:45 p.m.

Current rolled several times before he landed in the ditch on the driver's side. Firefighters got him out of the vehicle by cutting the roof off. He was transported by Gold Cross to Mayo Clinic Hospital, Saint Marys Campus.
