Police: Alleged drug dealer behind bars after stealing from police

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- An alleged drug dealer is behind bars after Rochester police said he stole from officers.

According to the police report, officers arrested Paul McKim at 2:30 p.m. Thursday after an informant paid him $500 for marijuana.

Rochester Police Lt. Casey Moilanen said McKim never gave the informant the marijuana, and police arrested him between Third and Fifth Street Northeast.

McKim is facing charges of fifth-degree controlled substance sales, and misdemeanor theft.
