Rural Walters woman seriously injured in Freeborn County crash

WELLS, Minn. (KTTC) -- A rural Walters woman was seriously injured in a one-vehicle crash southeast of Wells.

The Freeborn County Sheriff's Office said Patricia Louise Adams, 50, was ejected after her SUV rolled several times on 61257 180th Street shortly after 5 p.m. Wednesday.

Adams was flown by Mayo One to Mayo Clinic Hospital, Saint Marys Campus.

The Freeborn County Sheriff's Office said speed was likely a factor and Adams was not wearing a seat belt.

Freeborn County was assisted by the Minnesota State Patrol, Walters Fire Department along with Kiester Ambulance.
