ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A judge in Rochester has sentenced a woman on four felony charges for stealing money from her mother's accounts while she was in a nursing home.

Kathleen Studnicka, 47, is already doing time at a state prison in Shakopee on another conviction from Waseca County involving identity theft.

Studnicka was convicted of siphoning away $23,000 from bank accounts a few years ago, using her "power of attorney" for her mom's affairs.

Judge Robert Birnbaum ordered Studnicka to pay back $13,000.

She already owes restitution of more than $105,000 on the other felony conviction.
