ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Four people, including two children, were taken to the hospital after a crash in northwest Rochester.
Rochester police Lt. Casey Moilanen said a van with six passengers in it, five of them under the age of eight, smashed into another vehicle with two people in it at the intersection of 55th Street and Bandel Road about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Two of the children went to the hospital with an officer. Two people in the vehicle that was hit were also transported.
Moilanen said the 25-year-old female driver of the van was given two tickets including one for not having three of her children properly restrained.
