ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Saturday marked the 8th annual "Help Make Rochester a Litter Bit Better" campaign.
For one week, the city's residents are asked to participate in keeping Rochester clean by collecting litter.  The city provides the trash and recycling bags and will pick them up at designated locations.  Cub Scout pack 83 picked up litter at Jefferson Elementary School.

According to the "Litter Bit Better" website, thousands of people, businesses, and neighborhoods participate each year.  The program began in 2007.  For more information, visit http://www.rneighbors.org/.
