ROCHESTER Minn. (KTTC) -- Officials with Minnesota Energy Resources said customers who have fallen behind on their natural gas bills and not made attempts to catch up could soon have their service disconnected.
The company says more people than normal are behind on their bills after the cold, harsh winter.
Those with past-due balances should either pay their bills in full or contact Minnesota Energy Resources to set up a payment plan.
Officials said those who have made efforts to pay over the winter or have already set up a payment plan don't need to be worried.
Customers can call 800-401-6402 to set up a payment arrangement.
