ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- People interested in landing a job in the construction and trades field dropped off their resumes at a career fair at RCTC on Wednesday.
More than 150 candidates attended the 2014 Construction/Trades Career & Job Fair at the Heintz Center.
Nearly 40 employers and union representatives were looking to hire project managers, technicians, carpenters, and much more.
"The information they give to you is really helpful," said Josh Novak, who attended the fair. "They went over everything with me like what starting salaries would be, when they're looking to hire people, and that they're hiring people."
Job seekers were also able to fill out applications for possible positions in person.
For others looking for work, a "general" job fair will be held April 30 at RCTC. Click here view a list of future job fairs.
