ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A Dodge Center man is arrested after leading officers on a high-speed chase through Rochester early Friday morning.

Alec Southwick, 24, was arrested after a chase with speeds near 90 mph.

Rochester police Capt. John Sherwin said the chase started about 2:30 a.m. Friday near Highway 14 and West Circle Drive. That's where a police officer started assisting the state patrol with the pursuit.

The trooper eventually bumped Southwick's vehicle, causing him to spin out on Highway 52 at the 19th Street exit.

Southwick was arrested without further incident.

Details on how the pursuit began haven't been released.
