MADISON, Wis. (WXOW) The Badgers are once again proving they're over the doldrums of a few weeks ago.
They flipped the script on Minnesota Thursday night.
The Gophers beat the Badgers by 13 at home last month.
Wisconsin returning the favor with an eight-point win Thursday night.
Offensively, Wisconsin looked good.
But the big difference in the two games was on the defensive side.
The Badgers forced 13 turnovers.
The Gophers had to hit 53 percent of their three's just to stay in the game.
"They did a great job of not allowing us in the paint and getting it in the post. We really had our way with that at home. They did a great job of adjusting. That's why Coach Ryan has won so many games. He really prepared them in that regard," said Gophers head Coach Richard Pitino.
"We really haven't fixed it. Fixed would mean none of those things are happening ever again. I'll let you know if that ever happens," said Badgers Head Coach Bo Ryan.
Wisconsin travels to Michigan Sunday.
