Minnesota gas prices are jumping, still below nation average

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- While Minnesota's gas prices are climbing faster than most of the country, they're still well below the national average

According to AAA, the state average has jumped ten cents in the past week to $3.04 for a gallon of regular.

Nationwide, prices have only gone up three cents to $3.25 a gallon.

Locally, Albert Lea saw the biggest leap in the past week.  Gas prices there are up twenty cents to $3.06 a gallon.

Rochester can fill up for the same amount Tuesday morning.

Austin is sitting at about $3.04 per gallon.
