ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A driver lead police on a wild chase through several Rochester neighborhoods over the weekend.
24-year-old Grant Johnson of Rochester is behind bars on Monday, facing felony fleeing charges.
Police say they saw him run a red light at the intersection of Civic Center Drive and 4th Avenue at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
As the officer followed, Johnson drove off and turned West onto 2nd Street Northwest.
While driving through the Kutzky Park neighborhood, police say the suspect hit a curb and blew several tires on his vehicle. He still drove through several yards and neighborhoods before eventually stopping on the 600 block of 8th Avenue Southwest, where police say Johnson jumped out of the car and took off on foot.
Officers set up a perimeter, but several men nearby stopped and subdued Johnson. Police say no one was hurt during the chase.
