Rochester woman facing fleeing, assault and DUI charges
ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Rochester police say a woman had a blood alcohol content nearly four times the legal limit after a domestic disturbance.
According to police, officers arrested 39-year-old Hope Koutsoukos, after an incident that began in the 2200 block of Ponderosa Drive Southwest at about 7 p.m. Thursday.
Police say Koutsoukos took off in a car after allegedly assaulting a man. She was arrested her near Crossroads College in Rochester, with a blood alcohol content of .28-- nearly four times the legal limit.
Police are seeking charges of fleeing in a motor vehicle, domestic assault and 2nd degree DUI.
