13 honored at Rochester Mayor's Medal of Honor Awards Luncheon

ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Thirteen outstanding citizens from Rochester were honored Wednesday for their achievements in the community.

At the Mayor's Medal of Honor Awards Luncheon at the Mayo Civic Center, Mayor Ardell Brede commemorated individuals for their service in a variety of categories.

Retired RPD Captain Dick Dale was recognized for his city service through volunteer work and serving on many community boards.
