Grand Meadow man seriously hurt after hit and run in Rochester


ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Rochester police are asking for your help in the case of a hit and run that left one man with serious injuries over the weekend.

It happened about 7 p.m. Sunday.  Police say Jared Jacobson, 46, of Grand Meadow, was found in an alleyway on Sixth Street Southwest between Broadway and First Avenue, adjacent to the VFW.

He was intoxicated and had injuries consistent with being hit by a car, including a broken pelvis.

Rochester police say the case is being investigated as a hit and run and urge you to call them if you have any information.
