AUSTIN, Minn. (KTTC) -- An Austin man who failed to return to jail last weekend is charged with another felony.
Loren Bellrichard, 67, was charged in Mower County District Court Thursday with escaping from custody.
The Mower County Sheriff's Office said Bellrichard was temporarily released Friday from jail to attend his mother's funeral. He was supposed to return on Saturday but never did. Police found Bellrichard Wednesday morning in Alma, Wis., which is about 95 miles from Austin.
In September, Bellrichard was charged with three felony counts for stalking a 16-year-old Austin girl.
