ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) -- A St. Cloud store owner is accused of selling illegal drugs at his place of business and of criminal sexual conduct with a teenage girl.
Police arrested the 44-year-old man this week after receiving information that he was selling prescription pain pills. Authorities say a 17-year-old girl and 1 1/2 -year-old child were present when investigators conducted a search warrant at the store.
Police say a DNA test was ordered and the store owner was found to be the father of the child who would have been conceived when the girl was 15.
