ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Officials now say all non-emergency phone service to the Rochester/Olmsted County Communications Center has been restored.
According to a release, on Thursday morning, "the center had a loss of non-emergency phone line access, incoming and outgoing."
The 911 emergency lines were not affected.
The release goes on to say the problem has been resolved, and officials say the communications center is fully operational.
