ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- Rochester police are investigating a hit and run that sent one man to the hospital, and could end in a woman being charged with DWI.
The incident happened at about 7:30 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of 16th Avenue Southwest.
Police say tell us a witness saw a vehicle pull out of McDonalds, hit a pedestrian and drive off.
The victim, a 50-year-old Rochester man, was taken to the hospital for a leg injury and neck pain.
Another witness followed the suspect vehicle to an apartment, where police say they later arrested a 39-year-old Rochester woman.
Police say she was intoxicated, and faces several charges including leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run and DWI.
