ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- A young girl is lucky she wasn't hurt, after her bicycle was hit by a car early Friday morning in northeast Rochester.
Rochester police and Gold Cross Ambulance were called to 7th Street and 11th Avenue Northeast at about 8:45 a.m. Friday.
Police say a young girl was riding her bike on the sidewalk, when a man driving a car made a legal right turn on a red light. As the car was turning, the girl ran into the passenger side of the car.
The girl was not wearing a helmet, but fortunately, there were no injuries reported in the incident.
