ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- The Highway 14 bridge over Highway 52 in Rochester reopened to traffic on Thursday afternoon.
The Highway 14 bridge had been closed since July for bridge construction.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation says crews worked on removing and repairing bridge decks and pavement, improving drainage structures, and replacing guardrails, medians, and bridge joints.
According to MnDOT, the estimated cost of the project is $1.6 million.
