ROCHESTER, Minn. (KTTC) -- The future of Rochester began taking solid form Thursday as the Destination Medical Center Corporation Board met to lay the groundwork for economic development.
DMCC and Rochester city council member Ed Hruska says the board talked about a vision for the future, and how to get everyone in Rochester to work together on it.
But Thursday's concrete steps were to approve procedures to work with the Economic Development Authority and the City of Rochester on future projects.
The board was tasked with creating a main action plan for Destination Medical Center, which will not take a final form until October of 2014.
