WINONA, Minn. (KTTC) -- Southeast Technical College in Winona is getting nearly $2 million for its programs.
The grant is part of $20 million from the U.S. Department of Labor meant to help community and technical colleges.
The funds will be used to expand training programs and promote skills development and employment opportunities in areas like advanced manufacturing, transportation and health care.
