ROSEVILLE, Minn. (AP) -- Police say a man fatally shot his wife's co-worker outside her workplace in Roseville and then killed himself.
Officers were called to a parking lot outside CPI Card Group about 4:15 p.m. Thursday. Authorities say a 33-year-old male employee had been shot as the wife of the shooter watched. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Star Tribune says the shooter, a 44-year-old man, then shot himself and died about two hours later at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.
Lt. Lorne Rosand says a pistol was recovered from the shooting scene. The men have not been identified.
